The Sancerre

The Chavignol

Many farms around Bannay will offer you excellent Chavignol Fresh, Semi-dry or Dry.

La Buissonnière has selected "La Ferme de Port Aubry" (http://www.ferme-portaubry.fr) located at 2.5km on foot for the quality of its products (cheeses and local specialties) and activities for children. The goats invite you to come and offer them milk twice a day at the time of milking. In the morning at 6 am and in the afternoon at 3:30 pm. 400 goats are raised at the farm of Port Aubry to produce the famous Crottins de Chavignol.

Well applied to eating their grass of the soil they will be happy to eat you in the hand if you bring them some grains of corn.
